A Filipino boy, Rommel Kemenales, is 11 years old. His parents are divorced and his sister lives in another city. He is forced to live on the streets in Quezon City. But the boy doesn’t feel lonely. He has a friend.
He found a puppy in the street. Named him Budgie. The boy teaches Budgie tricks and doesn’t part with it even at night.
Rommel was photographed by Maria Cubs and she posted his story on her Facebook page. Rommel said that he only studied till second class and dreams of going back to school. In the meantime, the boy spends all his time with Bhaji, who loves him with all its heart.
