Marilla and Matheus, a newlywed couple from Brazil, wanted to have their wedding outdoors. But because of the rain, all the guests had to move under a stretched tent. While all the guests were settling under the tent, a stray dog wandered in.
They tried to chase the dog away, but it kept coming back. Marilla, seeing the uninvited guest, said: “This is a pleasant surprise for me, because I love animals. This situation seems amusing.” The dog was allowed to stay.
When the reunion came to an end, Marilla and her husband saw that the dog had left. The newlyweds wanted to keep the dog, but they couldn’t find it.
“We chose it because it’s homeless,” Marilla explained. We looked for it for a week and finally found it. We were told where it was.”
The dog was named Snoop. Marilla washed and fed it. “The dog was in great spirits and slept well in its new place,” the girl said.
