Like many other women, Annie was worried about her body.
She tried several times to lose weight, but all the painful diets had no effect.
All the kilos she lost would come back in a very short time, and in much larger quantities.
At the beginning of 2005, Annie got on the scale and saw that she weighed 120kg. And it was very traumatic and upsetting for her.
She needed to seriously get a grip and lose weight. And that is exactly what she did.
To do this, the woman used a weight-loss system that she devised herself.
Already in May, the first changes were visible.
In addition to certain dietary restrictions, the woman started to get out more outdoors more often.
And the result was not long in coming.
Annie never skips breakfast. This meal triggers the body’s metabolic processes.
She is also fine drinking tea and coffee, but with little or no sugar.
Dinner should not be skipped either, but you should eat 3-4 hours before bedtime.
At the same time, you should eat light meals.
If chicken or fish, no bread or side dishes.
You can drink as much liquid as you like, but without too much fanaticism.
Of alcohol, only dry red wine is allowed.
There should be achievable physical activity every day.
Let it be something like exercise, but every day.
It’s important not to overdo it and to do it happily.
Annie also advises not to set the bar too high and not to expect instant results.
You should move towards your goal gradually.

As you can see, she was able to lose half of her own weight in just a year and a half.
