When Alice Brown stood in front of the well at Disneyland in California, she could not have imagined that her dream of seeing her father again, a marine serving in Afghanistan, would come true.
Alice’s mom captured this touching moment when her daughter made a wish next to Snow White.
“I want Dad to come home with all my heart,” the girl said, closing her eyes.
After making her wish, the girl opened her eyes to see her father, Lieutenant Scott Brown, kneeling beside her.
“Liz was very worried about her father’s long absence because she is her father’s daughter,” explains her mother.
Since her father’s departure, Alice and her 14-month-old brother, Liam, have been holding a toy doll with their father’s photo on it.
