“A very different picture…”: How children’s beauty pageant contestants look without a ton of make-up.

Beauty pageants have been taking place all over the world for decades. Did you know that girls as young as 10 years old can take part? The fashion for little beauty queens began in the 1960s in America, but it’s still going strong. Let’s take a look at the flip side of the coin.

For example, in order to prepare their daughters for a beauty pageant, parents spend at least $5,000. This money is used to pay for acting and modelling coaches, tanning products and professional cosmetics. Some even pay for beauty injections to increase their chances of winning. Parents also don’t refuse energy drinks and gruelling diets for their children. As a result, little girls look like grown-up women.

1. Paisley Langworthy

At first glance, you might think you’re looking at a 20-year-old girl. But she isn’t. The picture shows 11-year-old Paisley, who already knows how to whiten her teeth, how to visit a tanning bed, and what multi-layered make-up is.

Paisley’s microblog is not much different from the pages of her peers. But once the girl takes to the beauty pageant stage, she transforms into a spectacular adult lady who has all the skills of the art of seduction.

2. Tarelin Eschberger

The jury fell in love with red-haired beauty Tarelin as soon as she first appeared on stage and rocked out in a rhythmic dance. The little girl has been competing for the title of beauty queen for four years and has experienced all the disadvantages of such competitions.

Now Tarelin’s life is quiet and measured, as befits a normal teenager. Volleyball and swimming have made the frantic pursuit of fleeting glory a thing of the past.

3. Miley Court

As a toddler, Miley started participating in children’s beauty pageants and doesn’t want to stop.

Ever since she was a little girl, she has known what a tanning bed is for, and her parents have never been embarrassed by the fact that regular visits to a tanning studio have a negative effect on their child’s skin.

Instead of the usual children’s braids and bows, Miley’s head is covered in tiered curls. Who knows, maybe all these sacrifices were not in vain and a successful modelling career awaits the beauties.
