Today’s interesting transformation is making headlines on social media. A man came across a miserable old dresser in the trash heap and decided to bring it back to life. Someone threw away this dresser without realizing its potential.
The people who decided to make it a modern piece of furniture were spouses and nothing could change their minds. After taking one look at the dresser, they immediately came up with a plan and quickly got to work.
The dresser was in good condition, just missing a few beads on the drawers, handles and new veneer on the top.
There is a lot of work to do:
Clean the dirt
Removing old veneer from worktops
Remove old molding
Sand all surfaces
Correct small defects
Glue the dried parts
Restore the glazing beads
Painting the beads
Cover the inside of the chest of drawers with aqualazur, decorate the bottom of the drawers
Glue the veneer to the work surface
Cover with oil
Decorate 2 drawer covers
Return the painted beads to their place
Fix the fittings
Lubricate the guides with wax.
