Residents of one of the neighborhoods of the city of Omsk noticed a cat sticking out of the window. At first, of course, they heard him, because the cat was loudly indignant.
The owners opened the window to ventilate the rooms, and the pet decided to check what was going on outside – and got stuck. He couldn’t get out of the treacherous trap, but he began to scream. People responded to his pleas for help.
One guy did not wait for rescuers but jumped on the ledge himself to rescue the poor animal.
